![]() ![]() Not the level of service I expect paying over 300 night in Biloxi. Fortunately the matter was resolved, but required me to check in periodically to see if the room was ready versus them calling me when it was. I sat there dumbfounded beside my wife who has ALS and cannot walk and asked for the manager. This would have been a five star experience if they hadn’t given the handicapped accessible room I booked to someone else then told me there were no resolutions as all accessible rooms were booked. If the phone was not safe in the lock box I should have been notified up front. I called the many of the hotel phone number requesting that someone call me back at my husband's phone number. I am a 74-year-old woman who can't afford to lose or replace her phone. I had to pay an unbudgeted $55 for a taxi. While sitting in the lobby waiting for an answer as to what happened to the phone, I missed my charter bus to the airport. At 5AM no one at the front desk could locate or even care that t was missing. ![]() I called to check on the phone and it seemed to have disappeared. I waited for about 20 minutes then went to my room to pack as I was scheduled to leave at 5 am. He took my Samsung cell phone and locked it in one of the chargers. The front desk manager said there was a wall mounted charger station in a room off the side of the front desk. On20 December at 8 pm I went to the front desk to inquire about the availability of a phone charger. I was staying at the Beau Rivage from 17-21 December 2022. ![]()
